We want to make sure that you are satisfied with any of our products. Each instrument and vessel is guaranteed for life and free from manufacturing defects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will gladly address any concerns you have. If an item is damaged in transit to you, Aluna Flutes will provide you with a full refund after we receive proof of the damage. In case of accidental damage by the customer, you can reach out to us and, if possible, we will issue an estimate for the cost of repairs.

We will not disclose or share any of your private personal information to non-affiliated third parties. Any information we may collect from you (such as payment information, addresses, phone numbers, and email) is strictly for purposes related to the transaction you make with Aluna Flutes. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will not share your email with any other entity, organization or third party vendor.   

 

Payment Data: We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make a purchase, such as payment instrument (credit card, debit card, PayPal account) details and associated security code, passport number when required for tax.
